Common Returns Questions

What is our return/ exchange policy?

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your Tierra Sunglasses, you have 15 days to return or exchange your items, no questions asked! Just make sure the items are unworn, unused, undamaged, in the state you receive them, and in their original packaging.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What if I received the wrong item? What is the item received is damaged?

  • If you receive a damaged item, you do not need to initiate a return. Please email us: with your name, order number and send us a good picture or two of your broken shades. Our support team will take it from here.
  • If you received an incorrect item, you do not need to initiate a return. Please email us: with your name and order number. Our support team will take it from here.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 15 days that are unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging are eligible for a full return or exchange.

How do I make a return?

All our returns are managed through the Shopify application above!

  1.  Enter your email above to begin the process
  2. Enter your order number
  3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  4. Generate your shipping label (you pay for shipping)
  5. Pack the items well and ship them
  6. Once we receive and inspect the item(s) we’ll refund you back to the original payment method (usually takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return)

How do I trade-in my old pair?

  1. Email us at: with your name and order number.
  2. We will provide you with a trade-in form for you to complete
  3. Complete the form
  4. Pack the item(s). Remember to include the trade-in form and the return shipping label (so we can send it back to you)
  5. Ship us your old pair to: 1333 Powell St, Unit A-328, Emeryville, CA, 94608
  6. Once we receive your old sunnies, we’ll ship your new pair immediately.
